| Crate Creations is located at: 1528 NW 5th Street Richmond, Indiana 47374 |
Crate Creations started doing business at the Wagon Wheel Flea Market located in Pinellas
Park, Florida. Working originally from our home we established our own shop in October of 2002.
The shop was expanded the following year to accommodate larger corporate orders. The business
relocated to Indiana in April of 2005 to even a bigger facility. Since our humble beginnings, we
have designed and constructed products for a many different types of clients such as:

construction sites, molding factories, and other clean sources of lumber that is considered scrap to
the manufacturers of the industry. This perfectly good wood is sent to the dump where it is buried
or is burned. We receive small amounts of the industries left overs but feel we are making a
difference. Spend your money wisely, we can make a difference together.

Return Policy
To make a return, exchange, or credit you must obtain an authorization claim number.
Merchandise can be returned 10 days from the day it was received. Exchanges can be made up to
14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Buyer
pays for all shipping costs back to our factory. No refunds will be issued without merchandise
returning to the factory. UPS covers damaged goods during shipping.
